I also operate a radio station (EliteRadio) which will soon be up-and-running 24/7

So, I don't think this have been discusssed before.
On any day, how many hrs do you sleep and between which hrs?

For me it varies between 4 to 10 hrs.
Usually when I work, the sleep use to be between 01-02.30 -> 06.30 (when I start work at 7. Or when I start at 12 it use to be around 01-03 -> 10.30 or sometimes 11.00.

How is it for you?
